Bug Fix - Windows PCK file was missing

Hey y'all, today I downloaded the Windows version onto my second laptop, and noticed that the game wouldn't work due to a missing PCK file. I ended up finding the PCK file in the MacOS version, however, so I just combined them into a ZIP file and reuploaded it. Diagnosed is now playable on Windows! Enjoy!
